OUR STORY
Trey and Amy Quinn started Quinn Beef in 2017 to offer high-quality Akaushi beef products to our customers. Our ranch is based in Weatherford, Texas however we can ship our beef nationwide.
Trey has been in the cattle business his whole life and has extensive experience in the feedlot industry. This experience allows him to formulate an all-natural ration that is specific and beneficial for our Akaushi cattle. At Quinn Beef the cattle are raised on our operation from start to finish by our family.
What’s Different about Quinn Beef?
We are very passionate about producing a high-quality product that our customers love. This is why we chose Akaushi cattle when we began this endeavor in 2017. Akaushi beef is delicious and has various health benefits including low monounsaturated fats and oleic acid. We aim to produce a quality product that we are proud carries our name.
Quinn Beef also encourages our customers to branch out and try new cuts – with the Akaushi breed you do not have to focus on only one cut. We want to introduce customers to tri-tip, flat iron steak, beef short ribs, petite tender, and more. We also offer insight on the best cooking methods for each cut to ensure the best flavor.
